My career began in the web hosting and domain name industry, where I spent 19 years working my way from Help Desk through to General Manager. Along the way, I gained hands-on experience in customer service, operations, leadership, business management, and technology strategy, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face as they grow.

Following my corporate career, I ran my own eCommerce business. Over the next eight years, I successfully grew and operated the company, experiencing firsthand the realities of running a business—from managing customers and sales to streamlining operations and driving profitability. After successfully selling the business, I began looking for the next opportunity to help other business owners achieve similar success.

That journey led me to Artificial Intelligence.
